Braydon's Cars Quilt!

This is a fun quick quilt. I found the pattern on the internet. It's call a Wacky Quilt. This one only has six squares apx 18"X18". So the quilt goes together easily. Plus I used receiving blankets that had been given to me so it was low cost. It is backed with flannel so is a very comfy quilt. I quilted it using free motion quilting. And it's pink, pink, pink!

This quilt was made by my mom (of course this is her blog) She came to Pittsburgh to visit and I had been planning this quilt for ever, but was just not getting around to it. She made the whole thing for me. It's a queen size for Jordyn's bed. She also altered the sheets so that we could use some of the sheet material in the quilt and make them match. Thanks Mom! This is the quilt my mom made for Jordyn when she was a baby. Jordyn is 5 now but she loves this quilt. I love that it matches her bedroom and I love the embroidered little girls. Each square is different.
